Several of our lifting supervisors have obtained their QHSE certificate (MVK). As we have often seen, QHSE-managers on the job only have basic experience with hoisting operations, lifting equipment and regulations. Mostly the focus is on minor slips and trips, but specific knowledge of non-routine jobs often lacks and high-risk situations in the work environment are not always recognized.
